ABOUT THE HOST

HI! I'M HANNAH.

I spent years working as a designer in environments where creativity was measured, reviewed, and optimized — where “good” work followed rules, and success was something metrics could track.

Glowfish grew out the realization creativity has far less to do with the final outcome than we’re often led to believe — and much more to do with how it feels to show up, begin, and be curious.

Even after spending most of my adult life in a creative industry, I still question whether I’m “good enough” to belong here. I’m still learning what meaningful, "successful" creativity actually looks like when it isn’t trying to impress, perform, or prove anything.

That’s the place I host Glowfish from.

I care so, so deeply about creating spaces that feel welcoming and supportive — spaces where confidence isn’t a prerequisite, experience isn’t required, and there’s no single “right” outcome to aim for. Just space to look inward, challenge what you know, and follow your curiosity wherever it takes you.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your creativity, unsure where you fit in, or hesitant to begin — come on in.

LET'S LEARN TOGETHER.

A COLORFUL PLACE TO BELONG

Being an adult somehow turned into running the same loop on repeat.

We wake up, squint at the small screen, sit at our desks in the glow of the medium screen, and then eventually drift to the couch to “unwind” at the big one.

Days blur, weeks vanish, and somewhere amidst all of that blue light, we lose track of what actually brings us joy.

...THAT'S WHERE GLOWFISH COMES IN

Glowfish was made for this feeling.

It’s a creative community built around trying things a little differently, ruffling up your routine, and making creative experimentation feel simple, social and accessible.

There’s no pressure to be good, no expectation to commit long-term, and no single “right” outcome. You’re invited to explore, redefine, and chase what feels interesting, even if it's "not what you would normally do."

Whether you come alone, feel a little unsure, or haven’t made something with your hands in a long time, pull up a chair. You don’t need to be talented, confident, or even think of yourself as creative.

YOU ALREADY BELONG HERE.
